Objective

The objective of this 1-day Harvard Medical School CME accredited community event is to provide a concise, state-of-the-art overview of prophylaxis measures, focusing on critical developments in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of thrombotic disorders.

The symposium will be presented in multiple formats:

  1. lectures
  2. discussion with question and answers following each lecture
  3. prevention "Break Out" sessions

The syllabus includes a CD ROM with lecture outlines, slide panels, and extensive up-to-date bibliographies.
