Boston Nurses, Your Feedback is Requested: Paid Focus Group on New Anticoagulation Meter

Marie B. Walker
October, 2007

ClotCare recently learned about a paid focus group intended to evaluate design elements for a new anticoagulation meter. We are posting this information for those nurses in the Boston area who are interested in participating. Our hope is that insight gained from this focus groups will lead to improvements in POC devices and in patient care. Complete details follow:

Enterprise Analysis Corporation, a biomedical market research firm located in Stamford, CT, has been asked to gather feedback on specific design elements for a new anticoagulation meter currently being developed for use in physician office and clinical settings.. We are seeking to have a small group of nurses who are familiar with on-premise diagnostic testing in the same room to discuss these design elements.

You are invited to discuss the design elements in a focus group that will be conducted at:
Place: Copley Focus Centers
Address: 20 Park Plaza, Suite 620, Boston, MA 02116
Phone: 617-421-4444
Date: Tuesday, November 6th
Time:  6:00 to 8:00 PM

We are pleased to offer qualified individuals a $150.00 honorarium to participate in this focus session.

Your experience and input would be a valuable contribution to the session and help to develop the best instrument possible. Please let us know if you are able to attend. If you know of a colleague who you feel would be interested in participating, please feel free to pass along this invitation.

If you have any questions call Barb Hesemeyer at 203-348-7001.
