Inpatient Anticoagulation Management: Guidebook Available from ASHP

With the implementation of the Joint Commission 2008 National Patient Safety Goals in anticoagulation, many hospitals and other institutions are working to create and/or upgrade their anticoagulation management services. The American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) has produced a guidebook to assist in this process. The author, Michael Gulseth, Pharm.D., is a well-recognized and experienced clinical pharmacist in this area. Additionally, Dr. Gulseth has informed ClotCare that ClotCare Editorial Board Member, William Dager, Pharm.D., was very helpful in preparing this book.
